Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Great, best sauce I have ever tasted. Used it on spareribs yesterday I will never buy the bottled stuff again. Cinnamon, who would have thought? I just happened to have all the ingredients on hand and no bbq sauce, so I tried this. Fantastic

Golden Pork Chops
Great, I cooked it on top of the stove because it was to hot to use the oven. I also browned the pork chops first. Everyone loved it. I have made it twice and the results are great. I guess you could use the crockpot on low if you have to be gome most of the day.

Yellow Squash Casserole
My family really loved this. I would have gave it 5 stars, but I prefer mine a little sweeter. Next time I will add sugar.
