Turkey Wild Rice Soup

This was a great recipe. I made it because I was trying to get rid of left over Thanksgiving turkey. I followed the recipe exactly except that I forgot to put the sherry in. Perfect consistancy and great flavor!

Very good recipe. My son is still eating it and asking for more and more. I did not cook it for as long as it stated in the recipe, however. It would have definitely burnt if I had.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Great recipe and so easy! I sliced the chicken into strips for easier eating for my 7 year old. Added red pepper flakes for an extra zing. Added about 1/4 c of white wine with the peppers and deglazed the pan. Will definitely make again.

Good flavor, but I would suggest less vinegar and more tomatoes. I used cilantro and pepper also. This was an easy recipe to throw together.

Monterey Chicken with Potatoes

This was a very good and easy to make dish! I did add sea salt and ground pepper to the potatoes along with the butter. I added the salsa/cheese mixture sooner to the chicken and potatoes for added time and extra flavor. Next time I will add some zing with some japs or pepper flakes/spices and make it spicy for a different taste.

Nice dish. I used quite a bit of lemon pepper for extra lemon flavor. I also added red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick. It was very good!

This was good, but it seemed something was missing. I think that I will try making it with sausage instead of hambuger. Red and green peppers would also taste good in this with some crushed red pepper to give it a kick.

I was hoping for a little more uummpff. To make this spicier i added some hot sauce. I also added garlic. My son I both ate it and it was okay, but probably not something that I will make again.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Very good flavor. I made this for my son to pack in his school lunch and for me to take to work. It reheats wonderfully. Served with rice, the sauce is perfect. I only cooked it for about 5 hours though after reading other comments about others burning, it came out just right. I may add some red peppers to it next time for a little more kick. Very good, will be making again!!

World's Best Lasagna

Very good!! In addition to the fresh parsley,I added fresh cilantro also. It gave it even more flavor. I have not had good luck with lasagnain the past and this recipe worked perfectly for me!!

Easter Breakfast Casserole

Mmmm so good and easy! I precooked the bacon and hasbrowns to cut down on baking time. I made a "crust" with the hashbrowns instead of putting them into the mixture. I added a little more cheese, just becasue I LOVE cheese. I am looking forward to preparing this for guests!

Best Ziti Ever

This was good, I added cilantro to the marinara while it was on the stove. This gave it a little extra flavor. I think that next time I may add some onions and garlic also. I only cooked for about 30 minutes. Very good dish, I look forward to leftovers tomorrow!

Greek Chicken Pasta

Great recipe! Just for extra flavor, I may add some white wine to this next time. It is great as written though also. Also, after reading other reviews adding pimento olives is a great idea too. The dish is nice visually and with taste to back it up. I plan on serving this to guests.
