First of all, let me start off by saying i do NOT like Oatmeal & Raisin cookies. I was making these for a co-worker. They are Phenomanal!! Everyone loved them! Suepr soft just the right amt of ingredients of everything! Must bake! BTW? This makes like 36 cookies!

Snickerdoodles III

SUPERB COOKIE!! easy to make and they come out firm yet soft! The only thing I would change is add 2 tsp of vanilla instead of 1 tsp. Since the dough is really sticky and hard to form into balls, I put the dough in the fridge, to let it firm up and perfect! Also you need to smash them down a little or else when they bake they do not flatten all the way.

It was good! Very cinnamon-y! Moist and super easy to make. Didnt have buttermilk but used sour cream instead,...and still came out great!

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
Ok, Ok! I know this has hundreds and hundreds of good reviews, BUT this recipe I did not care for. The texture was a lil lumpy! I have made several banana bread recipes and the ones that call for more flour and brown sugar and sour cream are bar FAR THE BETTER ONES!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
VERY GOOD!!!! Chewy yet soft. I put the icing on while hot so it would melt....they were yummmmmmy! Although I would say to make them the day you plan on eating them. Best served warm. I baked them the night before and we had to micro them for about 10secs to make them warm a little. otherwise??? A perfect connamon roll!!!

My Chili

Great Recipe! The entire family loved it! The only thing different I used was, El Pato Mexican tomatoe sauce, which make it hotter and we used Mexican stewed tomaotes, which comes season, with cumin, oregano etc. and used an extra can of beans! Perfect chili!

Apple Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
This is an AWESOME recipe! This was my first pie I have ever made, and I recvd SO MANY compliments! I used 2 kinds of apples, Macintosh and Granny Smith. I also put more flour for the filling so its not runny and it works! The topping was crispy and GOOD! I have made this 3x already and everytime I am asked for the recipe! :) THIS IS THE APPLE PIE RECIPE TO MAKE! GUARANTEED! (side note: I did w/o the raisins and nuts, not a big fan)
