Quick Chicken Marsala
I love chicken marsala, but the version I make is pretty time consuming so I thought this was great for a quick chk. marsala. I also used the crockpot and it was really good the chk. was tender. Added mushrooms and onions, more marsala and chk. broth. I like lots of sauce and then served it over potatoes.

Pan-Fried Asparagus
I've made this twice and absolutely love it the first I followed exactly and was a little to much butter, but still very good, next time I cut the butter in half and it was perfect. I've used asparagus and broccoli so far and will with squash. Thanks for this great recipe.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Loved the sauce to this recipes thought it was great, I'll be trying this with chicken and salmon. The reason I gave 4 stars was the pork chop were a little dry, and I even covered with foil for first half of cooking. I made this recipe exactly and tasted it was very good, but I still added some minced garlic (garlic lover) and pepper.
