Pineapple Sirloin Skewers
This was good but a bit too peppery to me. I increased the brown sugar to 2/3, the pineapple to a 20 ounce can, decrease the pepper by half, and it takes on a much sweeter taste. Good base. I've use it with chicken only so far.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Tried it and it was delicious. I did put a lot more pepper in it, for a bit more of a kick.
