Pear and Blue Cheese Pastry Triangles

Thanks so much to everyone for your great reviews. I've tried folded over pastry and pastry cups but I still prefer them open face. I recently treated myself to a very expensive bottle of balsamic and its great in the recipe!! Cali Pizza Kitchen recently came out with a similar pizza and we have been making it at home and its great!! Thanks again everyone!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This is the first pizza crust I've ever made and it was perfect!! My boyfriend even said it was better than his Mother's (hope he doesn't tell her that). Thank you so much for this super quick and absolutely perfect recipe!

Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets

I make something similar to this; its everybody's party request. I use the phyllo sheets cut into wedges because its cheaper to feed more people, I omit the cream and also add a topping of caramelized onions. So good :)

Warm Artichoke Dip

I got this exact recipe off the back of a Hellman's jar years ago. But whenever I make it the dip is oily and separates.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Corned beef is only good in beer! I love to make this recipe. I add a few shots of whiskey, pomegranate juice and may I suggest Guiness as the beer :)

Green Onion Dip II

My family has been making green onion dip for as long as I've been alive. May I suggest, reduce the green onions by a bunch and add 3-4 tbs pace/salsa and also I love to add a few squirts of Sirarcha. This recipe is a hit, even for onion haters :)
