Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
I am an American living in Portugal and this recipe tastes nearly the same as the cobblers that my grandmother used to make after we picked fresh blackberries on our farm in Kentucky. All of my friends love it here! I cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup for the sake of my kids. I think it is plenty tasty without so much sugar and you can add other incredients, too. I have mixed apples and raisins, too. My Portuguese friends love it! Thanks!

Easy Peach Cobbler
Both of my grandmother's used to make an awesome cobbler. We would go picking blackberries on our farm in Kentucky and an hour later, the most delicious blackberry cobbler to be had was served before us! It always amazed me how they never had recipes...all by memory or a sense of "what looked right." I now live in Portugal and make this cobbler all the time for my friends here. THEY LOVE IT. I actually think that this is the closest to my grandmother's cobbler that I can get. Simple and easy to prepare. I cut down on the sugar, though but that is the beauty of the recipe. Thanks for this...
