Relaxing after a long day cooking!
About this Cook
I'm a busy, working wife and mother to 3 kids. I absolutely love cooking for my family and trying out new recipes.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking, grilling and cooking Italian dishes. I have been trying to cut out processed foods so lately most everything has been made from scratch. Planning and preparing as many things ahead on weekend off make it all possible and the fam has loved the results. :)

Cherry Meringue Dessert
This is a fabulous summer dessert recipe. Light, airy and delicious. The only changes I made was to add an extra can of whatever pie filling I am using at the time and I also use homemade whipped cream (much more rich and delicious). Wonderful!!

Perfect Berry Shortcakes
I used the shortcake portion of the recipe and these are by far the BEST shortcakes!! Fabulous!

Creamy Vanilla Pudding
I made this recipe as a base for banana pudding and it is fabulous. I made the recipe exactly as shown (even though I was nervous about the no stirring while bringing to a boil) but it turned out beautifully! Try this instead of the instant pudding or even the cook and stir variety; you'll be glad you did! :)
