Broccoli Salad
This is a great change from a lettuce salad. My family aren't big lettuce fans, so this is a good alternative. I used real bacon and microwaved it to save from dirtying a frying pan, less washing up!

Potato Leek Soup I
This recipe gives a lovely thick soup. I think it is much easier to make using a stick blender (Bamix) than using a blender.

Barbecue Ribs
These ribs are nice, I baked them and they worked out fine. Next time I make it I will use less sugar though, because they are very sweet. And I used Malibu rum which I wouldn't recommend, it's fine but does leave a slight coconuty flavour.
