Spanish Rice II
Use chicken broth instead of water--that's the only change I made and it tastes great!

Mexican Bean Salad
Phenomenal! I decreased the red wine vinegar a bit and it was perfect. Other than that--I made exactly as recipe stated. I made a day early and my guests raved about it!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This recipe was great! I took the suggestions of others and added the milk. Otherwise, I kept it as is and it was a hit with my husband and 2 year old. It is also SO easy. I grated all the cheese yesterday and the rest was as easy as boiling the water!
