Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker
Requires more cooking time. At least 6 hours on low, 4-5 hours on high. I left the skins on the potatoes. Giving it four stars, because it is pretty bland. Add some spice if you are making it.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
I use garlic powder instead of the garlic salt. Also, I double the margarine and Worcestershire sauce. After roasting the seeds as the recipe says, I put the seeds on cookie sheets and sprinkle with Lawry's salt, bake them for one more hour, mix them up, and let them sit overnight in the closed oven.
