Bourbon Sausage
I made this for my daughter's birthday, it went over well. No one raved about it but everyone did eat it. I subbed Jim Bean for the Bourbon, cooked it beforehand and then put it in a slow cooker to keep it warm. Very easy to make.

Sauteed Apples
This was very good. I pretty much followed the recipe, I just added about 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, also 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and I upped the cinnamon to 1 teaspoon. I think next time I may cut down the butter to 2 Tbl, I'm thinking I won't miss it! Served with vanilla ice cream.

Mocha Coffee
I used the whole tablespoon of cocoa but cut the sugar to 1 teaspoon and used fat free french vanilla creamer. Have teated myself to this twice already.
