Cucumbers in Sour Cream
I have been making this for years, except I add sliced sweet onions and only use english cukes (burpless). I have never soaked the cukes first. I just add the cukes and onion to the dressing and refridgerate until the flavors blend. (at least 3-4 hours). If you want to take this recipe one step farther, add cooked rotini pasta before refrigeration. The grandkids Love it.

Cheese Dip II
I have been making this for years, except I use 1 pound of lean ground chuck and 1 pound of hot sausage browned and drained. I don't use the water. If it is too thick, just add more salsa.

All-Day Apple Butter
My neighbor's boyfriend has an apple tree in his yard. No one was doing anything with thoes beautiful apples. My other neighbors and I made apple sauce, then I made Dumplings, pie crisp, cinnamon applesauce. I still had apples, so I found this recipe and tried it. I have made two batches just to get to keep some for myself. Neighbors, family and friends all give this 5 stars!!
