Health Nut Blueberry Muffins
I've made these several times following the recipe, which are delicious. But when I didn't have blueberries I made them into banana nut muffins, which are even better! I use all whole wheat flour, brown sugar instead of white, all quick oatmeal instead of oat bran and oatmeal, and 2 mashed bananas. You do have to fill the muffin cups up all the way, which makes for a nice, slightly crispy muffin top. (They've never spilled over on me in the oven.) I have to cook mine for 20 minutes. They're a wonderful, healthful breakfast muffin that my whole family loves.

Cereal Treats I
I made these with Honey Nut Cheerios. They were good but my husband, kids, and I liked the No Bake Cereal Cookies from this site better. When using Cheerios these were a little too gooey for our taste. I have made this recipe with Rice Krispies and frosted with melted chocolate and butterscotch chips and they were very good.

No Bake Cereal Cookies
I made these with Honey Nut Cheerios and they were very good! I followed the recipe, removing the sugar/syrup mixture from heat as soon as it started boiling, then added the peanut butter. They weren't hard at all. My husband and kids loved them, too. I also tried the Cereal Treats recipe from this site (also with Honey Nut Cheerios) that uses marshmallows and butter instead of sugar and syrup and everyone agreed these were much better.
