Lemon-Raspberry Muffins

This is a pretty good and fast recipe. Didn't have any buttermilk so substituted whole milk instead and replaced the oil with applesauce. Will be trying this recipe again with buttermilk.

Quick Brown Rice and Mushroom Pilaf

I rated 4 stars because it needs a little more chicken broth like some of the other comments suggested. I will add more next time I cook this. It will definitely be a keeper.

Waffles II

This was by far the best waffle recipe I have made so far. The waffles were light and fluffy. I made these Christmas Eve morning for my parents and family. My mom who is hard to please when it comes to waffles, absolutely loved them. I will definitely be making these again in the future.

Easy Pancakes

This recipe was quick and easy. I followed some of the other reviews and modified it. The butter in replace of the oil, made them taste great. I also added the 1 tsp of Vanilla. I would recommend this if you want to whip pancakes up quick. My two year old loves them.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

I followed another reviewers suggestion and put thinly sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish and the pork chops on top of them. The potatoes turned out good. I liked the pork chops, but didn't love them.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

This recipe was good but not great. I used cooking red wine vinegar instead of red wine because that is what I had. I will have to try it next time with the red wine, it called for. My husband and our dinner guest thought it was still very good.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Great recipe, only did 1/2 cup of apples because that is all I had. My husband thoroughly enjoyed them for Father's Day and my toddler did as well! Thanks for the yummy recipe, it's a keeper!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I would add a little less redwine vinegar, I think next time I make this I will do what some of the other reviewers said and put Tequila in place of the redwine vinegar. I read what some of the other reviewers had said about it having too much liquid, I let my liquid cook off. Great recipe despite a couple of changes!!!
