Tofu Parmigiana

I followed the previous reviewer advise to cover the tofu with flour first than roll-in the whisked egg the last in the breadcrumb mixture. Pan fried about 5 mins in the pan with olive oil. Then bake as instructed. It taste ok for me & my hubby, but i think it shall be more tasty if i use Japanase silken tofu rather than chinese tofu as i used this time. I'll try again and be back with the review soon..
