Baked Sweet Potatoes
I was very skeptical of this recipe since I was brought up on sugar and buttery sweet potatoes but I loved these! I used olive oil, salt/pepper, paprika, and sliced onion. I didn't have any oregano but they were wonderfully tasted! The onions were crunchy and the potatoes soft although I will add a hint of brown sugar next time. I will be making these for years to come. :)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I am proud to be the 3,000rd person to review this product! I made the meatloaf with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 3/4 cheddar crackers, fresh onion, salt and pepper and 90% lean ground meat. I mixed the brown sugar and ketchup together and put it on top. I put two pieces of bread underneath, like the reviewers suggested, to stop the grease. It was pretty mushy when I put it in the oven and I was nervous it wasn't going to come out right. About an hour and 16 minutes later, it was ready and it was good! The sauce on top was a little too sweet but the meat was moist and everything was delicious! My mom was impressed since this was the first meatloaf I have made. I will definitely be making this again. Although I will say this dish creates quite the mess in the pan...but most good foods do! Definitely worth trying, although I will not add so much sugar next time. I didn't even add all that much. Ketchup naturally does the trick.

Best Brownies
I followed the ingredients but instead added 1/2 cup of applesauce and 3/4 cup of sugar. It took about 30 min to bake and they definitely did not look as good as the profile picture! I was disappointed in this recipe...especially after all of these rave reviews on this recipe! These brownies were rich with cocoa but too cakey and fluffy. The best brownies I had was from my sister's bake sale. A friend of hers made these brownies that had sour cream in them and they were so moist and rich! These brownies do not compare to that recipe and even the box brownies taste better than these. This recipe was certainly healthier but just did not have that fudgey texture and taste. Disappointing...
