Bacon and Tomato Cups
There aren't enough stars to rate these little treasures; they're utterly divine. I used fresh basil, but stuck strictly to the recipe otherwise. My family can't get enough of 'em! My brother, who considers himself Craig Claiborne, Julia Child and Escoffier only better, initially turned his nose up at these ... until he tasted one. He's much too proud to ask for the recipe, but he did ask to take some home. Thanks for such a wonderful offering.

Best Hamburger Ever
Delicious! This is very similar to a recipe for "frikadellen" that my German Oma taught me to make when I was little (50 years ago). These make great homemade meatballs, too. Thanks for sharing.

Chicken and Artichoke Minestrone
This looked like it would be one fantastic recipe, and it sure is! My husband and I will dip in tonight, and we're feeding this delightful concoction to 5 college kids tomorrow. Because there was fresh spinach and corn on hand, those were used instead of canned and frozen. I also doubled the orzo, knowing we were feeding all those boys. That little "soupcon" of sherry and those hot pepper flakes are lipsmackers. This recipe will be handed off to our two married daughters, and will be a "regular" in our house. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. To borrow from a commercial, this is "mmmmmm, mmmmmmm good!"
