Lentil Soup I
I love lentils but my husband never ate them until we got married. This is one of the few lentil dishes he really likes. The bonus is that my kids (ages 3, 5, 9 & 13) all really like it too. This last time I made it, I didn't have any celery so added onions and more carrots. I also added 4 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled, and a no-salt seasoning blend. Very good!

Baked Omelet Squares
This is the best omelet recipe I have right now. With a family of 6, cooking individual omelets takes forever. This is easy and we can add whatever ingredients we want. A lot of the time we leave out onions because of the little kids. Tonight we made it for dinner and I used crumbled bacon, spinach, extra cheese, and tomatoes. Everyone loved it!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I agree that you don't need to use prime cuts for good pulled pork. I used a rump roast and it was soooo good! We didn't have any leftovers and that hardly ever happens around here. I normally cook my meatballs with cola soda, and the rootbeer with this was a good tenderizer and taste enhancer. I think I'll try cola next time just to see the difference.
