The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever
The first time I made this, my dog ate the whole thing (oops, shouldn't have left it outside to chill!)- he didn't get sick, so it must have been good. I tried again, and it is absolutely delicious. Has a lighter and fluffier texture than your "standard" cheesecake. I like my cheesecake plain & it definitely doesn't need anything on top. I did bake the crust and reduce the sugar. I have one chilling in the fridge right now and can't wait to eat it!!
