I am 23 and living in Melbourne. I love a challenge, so when my boyfriend told me that pavlova was so hard to make, I thought, "I'll have a go at that!!" My boyfriend then bet me that I couldnt make one, so I naturally wanted to prove him wrong. I was told that it was so difficult, and that noone makes them! That spurred me on even more! I found the recipe (easy pavlova, and the title didnt lie, it really is an easy pavlova)! The end verdict from everyone was beautiful! I would recommend this recipe to everyone! 10/10
