I am 23 years old and live in Ft. Worth, Texas with my girlfriend. I started cooking just under a year ago when I got divorced and my military career was coming to an end. I always had an interest in food, but never had enough time to really get into it. Now's the time! Chicken Cordon Bleu, Home Made Pizza... Thanksgiving, as with most families, was always a big one for us. Mom did the whole thing all by herself and never once was there a failed meal. As a kid I never appreciated how much work went into making such a feast, but as I grow older and get more into cooking I appreciate it that much more. Egg in a boat! Haha, not a hard one to do, but after failing on my first attempt the second one turning out so well made it that much better. None so far. Give it time. :)
