Herb Roasted Pork
5 Stars!!! Awesome receipe, love the flavors! My roast was just under 3 lbs and only took 2 hours to cook. I cooked it to 160 degress but will do to 150 next time, but it was still awesome! I doubled rub seasoning and sauce seasoning. I put a little water in bottom of roasting pan which made for an awesome base for a dark brown and tangy gravy I made when it was done. I started basting with sauce after first 1/2 hour and did it several times. Will make this over and over!!!
