I've made this recipe before with the following changes: dried noodles, and an extra cream of chicken because my family won't touch mushrooms. I was in the process of making it tonight and realized someone had eaten one of the cream of chickens. All I could find was a cheddar soup in the cabinet. I was a little skeptical, but I tossed it in and it actually gave a nice little flavor. I think I'll keep the change next time. My daughter and I won't eat chicken noodle soup from the can, but we both like this.
