Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Cream Sauce
This was really good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. It really wasn't difficult either. I did drizzle the bacon-wrapped scallops with a little olive oil before I put them in the oven. Mmmmm.....highly recommended.

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken
This was awesome, but I had cooked the chicken for about an hour and a half at 375. I used less ketchup than called for, and next time I think I would use less brown sugar, because it was a little too sweet. Other than that - wonderful. Just the right amount of spice.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
I make this dill sauce all the time - great on salmon and steak, as well. I use a lot more dill than it calls for, though. Also, I add more garlic powder and lemon juice to taste. Highly recommended.
