Rich Chocolate Frosting
Really, really delicious. This will be my go-to choco frosting from now on!! Many people mentioned (and I should have taken note) that this recipe makes enough to frost a few cakes!! I had two cakes to frost and still had enough to frost AT LEAST two more cakes!! So I'll half the recipe next time.

Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce
The sauce was good on the chops but even BETTER mixed into the rice! I ended up mixing a little bit of red pepper, cilantro and green onion into the rice with the peanut sauce and that was the highlight for me!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
Great turkey burger!! Kids loved them too. I forgot the parsley (I always forget the parsley) but other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Will make again sooon!
