Quebec Pickled Eggs
These are the absolute BEST pickled eggs I have ever had. They are very strong, however - so you have to like them that way. I did not have ginger but used the rest of the recipe as directed. WOW. I am going to make this my ONLY pickled egg recipe.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks
This marinade is just fantastic. The steaks were tender and very flavourful. After I was done with it, I added it to my "soup cup" in the deep freeze, and my husband just made the best soup I ever had with that (and one other soup cup of assorted leftover stuff).
