Cheddar Sausage Muffins
Super easy and yummy. I used sage sausage and added 1 egg and a tad bit more shredded cheese. I took the suggestion to make them into mini muffins. It made 40. I'm going to put them into the freezer and thaw as needed. They'll be the perfect size for my 18 month old for breakfast.

Banana Crumb Muffins
These were so easy and boy are they delish! I made mini muffins and stuck them in the freezer. I get out a few at a time and microwave them for a minute. It's an easy breakfast for an on the go 2 year old (and her mom). Next time I'm going to add some walnuts.

Chicken Pot Pie I
My whole family loves this! I use 1 can of each of the following: Cream of chicken, cream of celery, corn, green beans, carrots and peas. I also add garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. It makes enough for 2 pies so I can freeze one for later. It's just as easy to make 2 at once. I have also used leftover turkey from thanksgiving and it was yummy!
