Baked Trout Saratoga
So simple yet delicious! Didn't really believe the great reviews as thought it was too easy, but they were right! I bake trout quite often, and never thought of doing it with tomato. Thank you! Served with fresh veg and cous cous which soaked up the lovely juice and flavour. Will do again. Lots.

Banana Macadamia Nut Bread
It was OK, and nice light texture, but definitely won't do again. I was looking forward to using my macadamia nuts given to me by Australian visitors, but think this was a waste of them. Could not taste banana at all, and not suitable for sandwiches etc. Thanks for the suggestion though - willing to try most things!
