Spicy Grilled Shrimp

This was easy and delicious. We made it when we had company and it received raves from all! I put them on wooden kabob sticks to make it easy to grill. This recipe is a keeper!!!!

Corn Pudding V

This is a very easy dish with great results! I did add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup half & half, as suggested by another reviewer. This was a BIG hit!

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

WOW...This cake is so moist! I didn't have blueberries so it was just a plum cake. It was easy and beautiful. This is a sure winner in our home!

I had leftover BBQ pork chops and didn't know what to do with them. I thought no matter how I'd heat them they would get dry...not with this recipe! Super moist and great flavor. We loved the sweet apple taste. I used whatever apples I had in the house. I made sure that each piece of pork had a ring of apple on top! If you like a fruit flavored dish this is the one for you! You could probably do most of the cooking ahead of time and refrigerate until you're ready to bake.

Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce

I made this stuffed lamb for Easter dinner. It was fantastic! Easy and delicious! I don't normally enjoy left over lamb but I must say we all thought it tasted even better (if possible!) I will make this again.
