One of the easiest and most delicious recipes ive ever used off of this site. I read that quite a few people baked it in the oven. I didnt. I did add onions and minced garlic. Came out great. Just put it over white rice.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Best meal I have ever made!!! I'm not joking. Only difference is that instead of the 1/4 cup of water and flour at the end I used about a TBS of corn starch. Also, i made a mistake that turned out for the better. I used 1/4 cups of Merlot i used 2 cups. Let's just say that the kids went to bed a little early. KIDDING. But i did use 2 cups. Tasted great.

Golden Pork Chops

Great recipe. The whole family loved it. I took the suggestion from another review and cooked the garlic, mushrooms, and onions the browned the pork chops in the same pan. Came out great.
