My wife made a version of this last night. Instead of the egg noodles she used spaghetti and substituted Italian sausage for the ground beef. I know this is not the same as the original but the original was a great starting point. Great meal!

Everybody loved this recipe. The butter give it the something like lobster taste. It's not needed though. The chicken was EXCELLENT with out it. My kids keep asking me to make it again. In my opinion this has to be one of the top 5 recipes on this site. I havent found the other 4 yet.

Update. We have made these several times and I still look forward to it when I know that is what we are having for dinner. I even look forward to the left overs. Tonight we tried something a little differnt with this. We made everything exactly as is but we didnt roll up the burritos. We deceided to make this into a lasagna dish. It was just as good as the rolled up version. Thanks for the EXCELLENT recipe. Ive been looking for a good wet burrito recipe for a while. We tried these and we were very impressed. Much better than expected.
