Cooking is a hobby. I enjoy the research of recipes based on a particular ingredient. It's fun to find new and interesting recipes, and share with friends and family. No real favorites. I like to try new recipes. As a kid, my mom made the BEST lasagne. I still make it today. Houston Rodeo Cookoff cooking team 8 years (and counting) Although it was nothing significant, I made a cole slaw that called for grated onion. I followed the recipe (NOT from this website) and threw it away after 2 tastes. The onion was over-powering.
