Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Delicious! The only thing I changed was that I used 1 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of shortening as I only had one cup of butter left; I also did a mix half white sugar and half brown sugar. This is the recipe I have been searching for!

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This will be a regular in our house! Hubby loved it! I did use thin chicken breasts and they still needed about 30 minutes of cooking time

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Great recipe! I've made this several times now and the only thing I do differently is like another poster has said, I put the chops on a broil pan in the oven which cuts down on the grease and keeps the outside crispy.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

This is my go to recipe whenever I make chocolate cake, everyone loves it! Chocolate cake is made 100 times better (if that was even thought possible!) with peanut butter frosting!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

From all the reviews I thought for sure this would be a hit with my meatball & spice lovin hubby but I have to say he wasn't as excited as I expected. He liked them but did not love them. I don't eat ground beef so I can't comment for myself. Like other reviews, I baked rather than pan fried the meatballs. I will try them again someday but probably with a little variation.

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

I made this for dinner last night and boht my (some what picky) husband and I loved it! The only thing that I changed was that I did not melt the butter to add to the bread crumbs at the end, I just sprinkled bread crumbs & chili powder on the top before baking. Great recipes! We will make again! Hubby even thinks its better than the Twisted Mac N Cheese he orders at hard rock.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

I made this for dinner last night and hubby and I both loved it! The only changes I made was I forgot to add the white wine (oops) and I forgot to saute the onions first so I did that in a different pan and then threw them into the mix which was already simmering on the stove (oops) - still turned out delicious!!! Next time I will try it with the wine if I can remember :-)
