Creamy Peach Pie
Great pie-even with frozen peaches. Great for summer time. My husband said I should make pies more often.

Italian Cucumber Sandwiches
I've made these twice-there have not been any left over. They are really tasty. I didn't peel the cucumber and I added a little more mayo-great.

Raspberry Almond Cake
This cake turned out horribly. The batter was very thick. When baked, it didn't rise, it was heavy and had to be thrown out. The frosting was tasty though.
