Im a mother of 4, homeschool my kids, enjoy taking care of my family. My husband is a casino dealer. I love the Lord and serve Him by raising my children to live according to His Word. I also clean houses to help my husband w/ finances, and also as a service to the Lord. Any cajun food! Gumbo, shrimp, fish, did I say GUMBO? Also like to cook on the grill. As a cajun, I was raised to NOT follow a recipe when I cook so I often change things up a lil. Often add extra spice! My gumbo is always a big hit, my 9 yr old son just loves my gumbo! I tried a copy cat recipe for popeyes chicken, turned out horrible! Spent alot of money on ingredients and it was the worst chicken we ever ate. My children often remind me of that experience lol.
