Wedding Day!
About this Cook
I am live in Georgetown Ontario and have been married to my wonderful husband Tim for two years. I work as a Key Account Executive in the mattress industry and find it hard to always find the time to cook as much as I would like. It has become a passion for me and I find myself wanting to try more and more recipes for my family.
My favorite things to cook
I really love to cook ethnic dishes, curries, Kormas, thai, indian, mexican...anything with lots of flavour and spice.
My cooking triumphs
Last Easter I hosted Easter Dinner at my house for 12 people. I did a pork roast, a turkey...the works. My whole family was impressed and even asked for seconds and take homes!!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake IV
Great recipe. Would be a 5 if it were a little more moist. Next time I will add more pineapple juice to the mix. The sugar and butter mix makes this cake..so delish!!

Mulligatawny Soup I
AMAZING!!! My first time making the recipe and I could not believe how easy it was and just how delicious it tasted! The whole house smelled amazing! I added an extra teaspoon of curry and 1 teaspoon of garam masala! Will def. make again. I am making a pot to gove to my parents tomorrow...bragging rights! ha ha.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
This recipe made me a star in my house. Great taste and so easy. I added some green onion and a bit more cheese. I also, followed the advise of another member and put bread on the bottom to help with the grease. Great recipe. Will make again forsure.
