I recently became a stay-at-home mom and love it. Now that I have more time to dedicate to cooking, I am really looking to expand "my menu" choices.
My favorite things to cook
Anything sweet and Mexican-inspired dishes. Being from Texas, we really like to spice things up.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
A wonderful recipe. I have found that the teriyaki sauce is good on shrimp and pork, as well. I haven't tried it on steak yet, but am planning on doing so soon. I have made this several times and have started doubling the sauce recipe and I freeze half of it for future use.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles
WOW!!! This is an awesome recipe. My kids loved them, even the one who doesn't normally like cookies. Actually, everyone who tried them loved them. I wouldn't change the recipe a bit. Definitely a keeper.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Wow! This was absolutely wonderful. My kids loved it, and so did my mother-in-law. I wouldn't change anything about this recipe.
