Argentine Lentil Stew
This stew is amazing. I often share my cooking with a single older lady next door and she said this is the BEST soup I have shared. I did use chicken broth instead of water/veggie boullion, and added 1/4 tspof cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp of celery seed, and 1/4 tsp cumin, and very little amt of bbq sauce. It was so good without. Will make this a lot this winter to share and freeze.

Pear Butter
Oh my!!! This is fantastic pear butter. I followed the recipe, except I don't have a food mill, so I peeled and cored the bartlett pears, cut into large chunks. I cooked for maybe 30 minutes with the 1/2 cup water and mashed with the old fashioned potato masher. Added the rest of the ingredients as per recipe and it has been cooking about 70 miinutes. It looks like about another 30 min. or so and it will be perfect. Love the taste. Some may want to cut the orange down a little, but it is fine for me. Thanks for this recipe.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Wish I could give this a 10 !! Made as is, and put some inside the bird also. It was all I could do to not eat it as it came out of the oven before supper.
