Stuffed Green Peppers I
I used venison with this. turned out good but needed more seasoning.
i cut mine lengthwise, used diced tomatoes, chicken broth instead of water, more cheese and only one can of tomato soup, doubled the worch, added italian seasonings and garlic. next time i would add more salt and seasnings, but it was good.
