Brisket with BBQ Sauce
good base recipe. didnt like the sauce.

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
The flavor was good, i was worried that it would take away from the sweetness of the potato, but it didnt seem to. i also turned them and sprayed them with pam during cooking and it made them crispier.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
i used extra lean ground beef and made a few adjustments from other reviewers, came out great!
