Grilled Orange Vinaigrette Chicken Salad

I liked it. I seasoned the chicken w/ S & P and garlic powder before cooking, and only added a tsp. or so to the dressing. I used fresh spinach instead of lettuce. I will make this again.

Salmon with Dijon Cream Sauce

Follow the sauce recipe exactly "except" reduce the flour to 1T, add some garlic, tarragon and seasoned salt to the sauce. That's what was missing for us. Did you guys get into the Chardonnay? Pinot Grigio works better!

Island Chicken with Fruit Salsa

This went well as a side dish to burgers. Added chopped purple onion and sliced back olives. Very tropical!
