Speedy Blueberry Refrigerator Jam

I just made this, and it's wonderful!I used a mixture of blueberries and blackberries instead of all blueberries. I can't wait for it to cool off so I can eat some!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

This is absolutely delicious! After reading several of the reviews, I added more spice and didn't use as much cheese. Eveyone loved it and it's become a regular part of our weekday dinner rotation.

Chicken Fried Steak with Cumin and Lemons

This was delicious. I cooked the meat and put it in a slow oven with lemon slices on top to keep warm while I finished the rest of the meal. It was tender and very flavorful. My husband ate up all the leftovers, which is something he never does.

Moroccan Ksra

This was pretty good. Be sure to let your ingredients come to room temp before you use them. I didn't have a bread maker, so I just did it the traditional way. My husband didn't like it, though, so I'll probably not make it again.
