Banana Oatmeal Cookies I
Banana Oatmeal Cookies I
About this Cook
My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years (March 05). We are about to have our first baby in Jan 07, a little boy. We are also going to buy our first home in Jan 07 as well. We'll be busy!!
My favorite things to cook
My favorite food to make (well bake) is Banana Bread! I also make them into muffins more often becuase they're much easier to serve and they take half the time to bake!! I change up the recipe sometimes by adding chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut. The last time I made it I added white chocolate chips; it was so good!!! I'm not afraid to think outside the box.

Chocolate Frosting I
Very good! (Even with the help of a 2 1/2 year old!) I did add a couple tablespoons extra milk to get the consistency I wanted. This will be going on top of a chocolate cake!

Chicken and Stuffing Skillet
Pretty good to eat, but not to look at. Turned out mushy but till edible. I added some brussell sprouts to mine and cut the chicken up before adding it back to the pan of stuffing. I also didn't add the cheese but only because I'm making a bunch of dinners at once and needed the pan. My husband will more than likely add cheese to it anyway.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies I
These are so freakin' good!! I used 1 1/4 cup whole grain flour and 3/4 cup white flour, just under 1 cup sugar, and added an extra cup chocolate chips. I also added an extra VERY ripe banana to the wet ingredients before adding the flour mixture. Baked at 375 for 10 minutes! So moist and just awesome. Can't say enough about these. Thanks so much for the awesome recipe!!!
