Alfredo Sauce

I love it when the reviews on a recipe don't even bother w/ additions because it's so good. This was that good. And yes I added some spice based on what I like. But the texture was what made it so incredible. Fabulous recipe! BTW, I also used it to make mini-muffins. They're like little bites of heaven. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Alfredo

This is a great recipe to make your own. I took the advice of adding an extra half cup of skim milk. Then, because I was using diced shrimp and peas instead, I added some lemon pepper to lighten the taste a little. Turned out great! And SOOO easy with on-hand ingredients. It will definitely be added to our rotation. Thanks for sharing!

Healthy Garden Salad

This recipe is quick, easy, and adds perfect balance to a BBQ. I used virgin olive oil and tubed cilantro (I'm not a fan of cilantro and this is a little more discreet tasting) and it's always gotten high raves. It's also great the next day w/ some tuna in a pita pocket; it adds just the right tang.
