Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Loved the sauce, but I'm a sucker for balsamic vinegar. I used the O & Co's BV of Modena....that night, we ate all the asparagus.

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches

I made this recipe for my friend's baby shower along with some other finger sandwiches, and everybody loved it! Since I love curry, I added a little extra curry. Even one of the guests who said she didn't like curry ate it up!!! Easy to make and store for tomorrow's lunch!

Berry Shortbread Dreams

Did not work at all, the cookies just melted while baking into flat discs. If I were to try it again, I would definitely take the advice in placing them into the freezer before baking to prevent this. I was going to give them as a house warming gift, but never mind, they slide pretty fast into the trash.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Always a favorite for last minute dinner ideas. I actually didn't have crackers, so I used Italian Bread Crumbs, and it tasted great. Quick and easy how can you go wrong?

Curried Coconut Chicken

This was one of the best indian dishes I have tried from allrecipes. And the plus side was, it was so simple to make and we didn't have to run out and try to find a dozen crazy ingredients. We simmered it without covering to let the sauce thicken more quickly as we were so hungry from all the smells. Next time, we might try it with a little less sugar, although we ate all of it that night.

No Bake Cookies III

I have attempted twice at these no bake cookies, as my boyfriend raves about childhood memories of no bake cookies. I have followed the recipe exactly, and then I went through the reviews and went by the other suggestions, and both times, they come out really really soft, never setting firm. They come out with a caramel-y texture. I give up!
