we always cook these oatmeal cookies for christmas. oatmeal cookie and them you sandwich it together with another cookie with white fudge in the middle...sinful with a cup of tea

when I first started cooking I made a no bake cheese cake with gelatin in it...well I did something wrong and the gelatin turned into these strands....not good

The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie
great recipe. It did need some tweeking as others suggested I reduced the sugar and replaced half of the sugar on top with brown sugar. Other than that it was fabulous. best eaten at room temperature..tried it cold from the fridge the next day but the crust and topping wasn't as crisp. Ideally done about 5 hours before serving. Fabulous!

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins
fabulous healthy muffins that don't have that funny rubbery texture that some low fat muffins have. you can easily serve them to your kids and they will love them without knowing how healthy they are. I substituted pecans for walnuts because of allergies but great flavour. the nuts are the best part! very moist

Jo-Ann's Power Bars
wow! what a great bar for my kids to bring to school. played with the nut and fruit quantities and added extra cinnamon but was very impressed with the flavor....definately a keeper! my son preffered it to regular granola bars..much healthier too!
