I've been married 48 years. My love of cooking comes from my Mother. I love to try new recipes, experiment with them and try them on my friends and family. It's a joke at our house that "You never get anything twice, and you never know what you're going to get!" I love taking soup to shut-ins in my Sunday School Class.

Pimento Cheese Spread II
Very good, I added a little tabasco and chopped nuts.

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna
We really liked it. However, we found it a little dry so next time I will add a little more sauce. I used ground Italian sausage and we found the flavor really good. Since I grow my own herbs I added a lot more than it called for. Will make again!!

Yellow Squash Patties
Very good flavor; drying was a good idea, but they were a little too greasy for me. My friend loved them; said it was a keeper!
