Tastes good already and I didn't let it chill for 8 hours yet! I omitted the oregano and feta(not a big fan of them) and I added an extra 2 tsp.of lemon juice and 1 more clove of garlic(love garlic).I will be serving this with "Souvlaki", another recipe from this site. Thank you 5THSISTER!!!

Balsamic Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
I made this exactly as written except I tripled it(needed to serve 22 people)and it was PERFECT! I served this on Panetini Toast(from Costco). I suggest squeezing most of the liquid out of each tomato before chopping. You don't want to have too much liquid diluting the ingredients and making the bread soggy.

Cheese and Chive Crisps

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
These were just okay to me. Nothing great. I really had high hopes for these! I made them exactly as written. Maybe I should have made changes that other members suggested in their reviews...(2 hours later)...Okay,I just got some great suggestions from other members on this site on how to make these better! I added more salt, garlic powder, grated parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.I also baked it til they were very brown. This was so much better!!! These spread out a little while baking, so leave a little room on the sheet. I baked these on parchment paper. They taste similar to the boxed name brand cheese crackers! So now I changed it from 3 stars to 4 stars!

Delish stuffing! I didn't grill it, I baked it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.I'll probably use this stuffing in other dishes like...stuffed shrimp, mushrooms and in puffed pastry as an appy.Sooo good!!!

May not be able to fit 4 pork chops in the skillet, so bake the remainder in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

Eggplant Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
Where do I begin? I don't know why the recipe states to put the sliced eggplant(with salt) in a colander for 30 minutes. This did nothing.I think it needed to have a weight on top to press out the water from the eggplant..But then it said to rinse the eggplant...which now puts water back into it.This bruschetta didn't have much flavor, and it was very soggy.Next time I would just chop up everything and put it on top of sliced garlic bread, then bake it til the cheese melts and serve warm.

This was very good.Add a little more bread crumbs than stated in recipe.I toasted the sesame seeds first. This took 18 minutes to cook instead of 12 minutes as in recipe. After it came out of the oven I tasted it and had to sprinkle it with salt, then it was much better. This was very quick and easy.

Pioneer Woman's Crash Hot Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2008
I would of given it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that you have to boil the potatoes just right so that they are not too hard but not too soft. You will have a tough time trying to squish them.I seasoned them with kosher salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Then I cooked them on the top rack at 450 degrees for 25 minutes. They were very tasty!
