Hello - I do most of my cooking for one. I've been playing around in the kitchen since I was a child and can remember watching my mother and grandmothers cook. I can cook pretty much anything I have a recipe for and love to make-up recipes and alter them as i go. I do love baking! I also enjoy cooking anything that ends up looking really pretty on the plate. Thanksgiving Dinner. I love mixing the traditional with the new. Having my mother (a very picky eater) - go for seconds on my very first solo Thanksgiving dinner! Forgetting to turn the oven on one year when I put the Thanksgiving bird in the oven. . .
