Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Very good and flavorful soup. Be sure to warm the chicken in a separate pan with butter and your preferred hot sauce, this gets the sauce to stick to the chicken and gives it great flavor. Also serve with Ritz or Toll House crackers. The butter flavor cracker adds a lot, especially if you feel the soup is too thin...

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is pretty much fantastic. I got rave reviews at the party and multiple requests for the recipe. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce is a must use. Something about Frank's just makes it taste like every wing you have had and love. Also boiled bone-in fryer chicken parts, nothing beats that flavor.

Ground Venison Burgers

WOW, fantastic burgers! My wife even commented that these were probably one of the best burgers she ever had. Followed this recipe with no changes and it was great. This is the first venison burger I have ever made that didnt fall apart in the pan, and didnt dry out.

Turkey Pot Pie

Best pot pie by far. Used Pillsbury Pie Crust from the store and brushed a beaten egg over the top crust, comes out just like homemade. I did double the turkey mixture...there is nothing better than gravy and turkey than more gravy and turkey!

Deer Poppers

100% loved them...my friends and i couldnt stop eating them till they were gone!! I also cut cup a block of pepperjack cheese and made little cubes to slide down the toothpicks for the last 5 minutes of cooking...that made this dish PHENOMINAL!!!
